Hospice of Hope’s service area covers more than 4,500 square miles in Bracken, Fleming, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton, and Robertson counties in Northern Kentucky and Adams, Brown, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland and Ross counties in Southern Ohio.
