Hospice of Hope provides specialized care and support for people who are in the last phase of a life-limiting illness, so that they may live as fully and as comfortably as possible. Hospice care focuses on controlling the patient's pain and other physical symptoms of their illness but also provides emotional and spiritual support for both the patient and his or her family. Hospice of Hope understands that grief is a universal human process that one experiences when losing a loved one. Grieving takes time, and every person grieves in a unique way. They give their time and effort to help others and provide caring support to ease the loneliness, fear, and grief of patients suffering from terminal illnesses.
