You are invited to attend the 2025 Caregiver Conference, hosted by the Buffalo Trace Area Agency on Aging and Independent Living in partnership with Hospice of Hope. This year’s theme is “The Prepared Caregiver”, with a focus on helping caregivers become better informed about the resources available to them and their loved ones. Attendees will hear from a panel of professionals who will share valuable information about local programs and services that support caregiving in the Buffalo Trace region.

Lunch will be provided by Hospice of Hope from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
