There are times when a hospice patient can nolonger receive proper end-of-life care at home. They either are experiencing symptom control issues, need a heightened level of care, or the family needs more assistance. You now have an option at the Hospice of Hope Care Center.ial distancing and wear a mask while at our inpatient facility based on community transmission levels. Masks will be provided upon request.
WHAT IS THE HOSPICE CARE CENTER?
The Hospice of Hope Care Center is designed for short-term care to manage acute symptoms, adjust medications and treatment plans, and to provide pain control. The Hospice of Hope Care Center may be used when a patient needs medical attention that cannot be given in a home setting or for a patient who is approaching death and the patient and family have chosen to spend their final days at the center. Also, the Care Center will offer respite care to relieve caregivers on a temporary basis.
