The We Honor Veterans program is to honor our nation's veterans while providing exceptional care to serve them in return. Mr. Isaac Jones is prime example of courage, dedication, and hard work. During his time in the US Army as a career Veteran, he served in 2 wars. We at Hospice of Hope find it a great honor to care for such wonderful people in our community and to hear their stories.
