Since founded in 1988, Hospice of Hope has provided compassionate care and support to thousands of local residents and their families. At the center of our philosophy is the belief that each of us has the right to live in comfort with peace and dignity to the end.
Hospice provides a special kind of care and support for persons in the last phases of a life-limiting illness so that they may live as comfortable as possible. Hospice care focuses on controlling the patient’s pain and other physical symptoms of their illness while providing emotional and spiritual support for both the patient and their family. Hospice helps patients and families with end-of-life decision making, meeting life goals, enhancing family relationships, and promoting comfort.
