RN or LPN Day or Night Shift

Night Shift RN or LPN, Full time, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, three shifts per week, including every other weekend.

To provide one-on-one nursing care at the bedside of terminally ill patients and families in time of need for increased services. Care is provide in nursing homes and patient homes in Kentucky and Ohio.

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and current licensure in Kentucky and Ohio. At least one-year experience in a patient care position in a hospital, nursing home, or related health care facility with demonstrated knowledge of palliative care preferred.

Personal qualities of compassion, empathy, responsibility, and dependability. Must demonstrate effective communication skills with patients, family members, team members and providers. Must have ability to work independent of direct on-site supervision.

Driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen required.
