Message from our Bereavement Team

We know that this year has been anything but easy for many of us, especially when coping with a loss. With the support and direction from our Hospice of Hope Administration Team, we regret to inform you that we will not be having bereavement activities for the remainder of this year. In times that we need to be together, we just cannot do so safely. Instead, we will be doing scheduled, one-on-one office visits and scheduled phone calls. These services are available at your request.

We know that this is not ideal, but we want to make sure that we are here for you and do so safely. We also have printed material and a lending library at both office locations. These services will still be available by appointment. If at any time you feel that you need assistance with your grief, please do not hesitate to call Jasmine at 800-928-4848 (Kentucky) or Melissa at 800-928-4243 (Ohio). We are available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
