Melanie Reis is a Hospice Hero!

Melanie Reis started her career at Hospice of Hope as a Hospice Aide, and she went on to pursue her nursing degree. She then accepted a position at our Care Center, later to be promoted to Inpatient Charge Nurse. Her team knows that she is always available to them despite the time on the clock. Melanie is also a great resource for the on-call team as she is always awake at night when they need her. She remains super positive in every situation, and patient care is always her top priority. Melanie takes on extra duties without hesitation and is always offering to do more. Melanie goes above and beyond and spreads her positivity each day, making her a true Hospice Hero. Congratulations Melanie!
