Hospice Hero - Helen McKay

This Hospice Hero has been with our organization for 3 years. She brought many years of nursing experience when she started at our Care Center. Her dedication to nursing and to our hospice patients is undeniable. Her multiple years of ICU experience has led her to be the expert in many of our more complex situations. She has selfishly dropped everything on her days off to assist with difficult situations that arise. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she is very caring and empathetic. Her wonderful sense of humor helps her co-workers adjust to new surroundings and difficult situations.
