Because of the current heightened awareness, urgency, and anxiety in our communities, some false information and rumors about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been recently circulating on social media and the news. We at Hospice of Hope encourage our staff and patients to continue educating themselves on the Coronavirus by using reliable sources.
During our Friday live broadcast, Dr. Craig Denham mentioned some great sources with very helpful information. Those mentioned are the following websites: ky.gov, louisvilleky.gov, cdc.gov, and fema.gov. One in particular dispells the most common rumors about the Coronavirus (https://www.fema.gov/Coronavirus-Rumor-Control), and we highly encourage you to visit this link as well as the others to stay updated with the most factual and up-to-date information about COVID-19.
If you have any questions about the COVID-19 that are unanswered on these websites, and especially if you are experiencing symptoms, please contact your primary care physician. Stay informed, stay healthy, and stay safe!
