Did you know that Hospice of Hope staff will continue to provide family and caregivers with support after the passing of a loved one? Our staff is available to help with a problem or to provide a listening ear. This support is available for up to 15 months after a loss.
Throughout the year, Hospice of Hope calls loved ones inquiring on how they are coping with the loss. They may also receive invitations to our support groups or memorial services and mailings of literature related to grief. Hospice staff will be glad to call individuals who is in need of extra support.
