Hospice of Hope invites you to join us in a Celebration of Hope - A Service of Rememberance of those we have lost in the last year.

Each year at Hospice of Hope, family, friends, and staff gather to honor the lives of our hospice patients in a Service of Remembrance. We encourage you to invite your own family and friends to attend with you. The service will include candle lighting, music, prayers, and words of comfort. Loved one’s names will be read aloud during the service. See below for information regarding the time, place,and location.
