The Hospice of Hope Care Center and the Hospice of Hope Inpatient Center are committed to the protection of our patients, families, visitors, and staff against the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID- 19). We are working with our local and state departments of public health, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and the Center for Disease Control to help prevent the spread of COVID- 19.
As a measure of prevention, Hospice of Hope is following the recommended screenings of all patients, families, visitors, and staff who wish to visit their loved one at one of our dedicated end-of-life care center locations.
We are currently not restricting visitors over the age of 14 if you pass the initial screening questionnaire. We do ask that if you have signs or symptoms of a respiratory infection, such as a fever, cough, or sore throat, that you refrain from visiting our inpatient facilities during this time.
Please contact Hospice of Hope at 1-800-928-4848 with any additional questions related to visitation guidelines.
Hospice of Hope, Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization licensed to provide end-of-life care services in Ohio and Kentucky.
