Upon the expiration of our services, patient families are mailed a survey asking to rate the care of Hospice of Hope in a variety of categories. The results are then tabulated and collected by a third party prior to distribution. These are sent to the organization in large batches each quarter showing the results in each category and measuring those against the nation, state, and peers. From these surveys, Hospice of Hope can better gauge the care provided to our community.
