Hospice of Hope invites you to join us in a SERVICE OF REMEMBRANCE of those we have lost in the last year.

Each year at Hospice of Hope, family, friends, and staff gather to honor the lives of our hospice patients in a Service of Remembrance. We encourage you to invite your own family and friends to attend with you. The service will include candle lighting, music, prayers, and words of comfort. Loved one’s names will be read aloud during the service.

The event will be held June 23th at 5PM at Hospice of Hope. Due to your safety seating is limited. Current COVID-19 precautions will be observed. Please call 800.928.4848 for reservations.
