Garden Supplies Donation

Hospice of Hope was privileged to be able to donate to Pioneer Trace Nursing & Rehabilitation Center a few supplies to help with the start of a garden! The staff and residents reached out via social media asking for support as they are wanting to plant, grow & harvest their own vegetable garden with some flower beds!
