Hospice of Hope is a 501c(3), community-based organization serving terminally-ill children, adults, and their families. Hospice of Hope covers more than 4,500 square miles in Bracken, Fleming, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton, and Robertson counties in Northern Kentucky and Adams, Brown, Clinton, Clermont, Highland, and Pike counties in Southern Ohio.
Founded in 1988, the organization was built on the foundation of service, care, and hope. Our central philosophy is the belief that every person has the right to live comfortably, peacefully, and dignified to the end, so those left living may find peace and solace.
Hospice provides specialized care and support for people who are in the last phase of a life-limiting illness, so that they may live as fully and as comfortably as possible. Hospice care focuses on controlling the patient's pain and other physical symptoms of their illness but also provides emotional and spiritual support for both the patient and his or her family. Hospice helps patients and families with end-of-life decision-making, meeting life goals, enhancing family relationships, and promoting comfort.
