  • DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: The Medical Social Worker provides emotional support and linkage to community resources for the individuals and families, based on an ongoing social worker assessment of need. The social worker plans, implements, and evaluates care through systematic assessment of psychosocial needs. Provides care and assistance to patients and families during on-call hours as scheduled. PROFESSIONAL: Masters in Social Work from an accredited program. Experience in a health care setting. Prefer experience with terminal illness and bereaved families. Current knowledge of medical terminology. Must have Social Work licensure in KY and OH. Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with on-call responsibilities.
  • DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: The Staff Nurse provides skilled nursing care to individuals and families in the inpatient center, based on an ongoing nursing assessment of need. The Staff Nurse plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care through systematic assessment of health needs and optimum utilization of personnel. Provides care and assistance to patients and families during on-call hours as scheduled.
  • DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: The Supportive Care Nurse provides supportive nursing care to patients and families in time of need for increased services. PROFESSIONAL: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and current licensure in the state of Kentucky and Ohio. At least one year experience in a patient care position in a hospital, nursing home, or related health care facility with demonstrated knowledge of palliative care preferred. Three shifts per week, 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, including every other weekend.

 

All positions require valid drivers license and applicable nursing licensure in Kentucky and Ohio, one year experience is required.

Employees are required to reside within the Ohio counties we serve, which includes Adams, Brown, Clermont, Clinton, Highland and Pike counties.

All positions full time, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm, with on call and weekend rotation.
